COURSE OVERVIEW
Most people probably think of Adventure Tourism as being outdoors in wilderness areas; and that certainly is where a lot of adventure tourism happens; but not all!
Adventure tourism can be anywhere. It’s all about travelling to a destination to undertake adventurous activities. It doesn’t matter whether those activities are inside, outside, in water, on land or in the air. Even outer space may become an increasing venue for adventure tourism in the future.
